As an Operator, you are responsible for operating and controlling production machines and equipment. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the products meet the set quality standards. Your tasks include:

·         Setting up, starting up and operating machines.

·         Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks.

·         Solving minor technical malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance.

·         Registering production data and reporting to the team leader.

·         Compliance with the applicable safety regulations and procedures.

Ingredients for success:

To be eligible for the position of Operator, you must meet the following requirements:

·         Minimum MBO working and thinking level.

·         Experience in a (food) production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

·         Technical insight and problem-solving skills.

·         Willingness to work in 3 shifts.

·         Accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Team player with good communication skills.

·         Good command of the Dutch and English language
